Job Description
Designation: Production Supervisor
Department: Production
Reporting To: Manager
Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets.
Allocate manpower and ensure productive utilization of resources.
Supervise machine operations and ensure product quality as per standards.
Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores for smooth workflow.
Ensure safety, housekeeping, and adherence to 5S practices.
Identify process improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
Train and guide operators for skill development and discipline.
Skills & Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and shop floor management.
