Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electric Bus Driver role based in Delhi, MI. The Electric Bus Driver will operate electric buses on assigned routes, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of passengers. Daily responsibilities include performing basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring vehicle systems, following traffic regulations, and maintaining cleanliness and order within the bus. The driver will provide courteous assistance to passengers, manage boarding and alighting safely,



and communicate any operational or safety concerns to the supervisor. Accurate completion of trip logs, adherence to company policies, and cooperation with maintenance and dispatch teams are also expected.

Qualifications
Valid commercial driving license appropriate for bus operation, with a clean driving record.
Demonstrated experience driving buses or large commercial vehicles, preferably electric or alternative fuel vehicles.
Solid knowledge of local traffic rules, road safety practices, and basic vehicle inspection procedures.
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with passengers, supervisors, and team members.
Reliable time management skills and capacity to follow schedules, route plans, and company protocols.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
Physical ability to sit for extended periods, assist passengers as needed, and perform routine bus checks.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior public transport or fleet experience is an advantage.
