Role Description The Electrical Engineer role at Khushi Electricals is a full time, on-site position based in Cuttack. The person in this role will design, review, and implement electrical systems for projects, including load calculations, preparation of drawings, and selection of components. Daily responsibilities include supervising installations, inspecting equipment and wiring, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and relevant codes. The Electrical Engineer will coordinate with project managers, technicians,



and suppliers to support timely delivery, cost control, and quality assurance. The role also involves preparing technical documentation, reports, and recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering principles, including electricity and power systems.
Ability to perform Electrical Design for industrial and commercial setups, including layout and load calculations.
Knowledge of Power Distribution networks and their operation, protection, and maintenance.
Experience working with Power Systems analysis tools and interpreting technical diagrams and schematics.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
Hands-on experience in site supervision, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment is preferred.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
