Role Description The Graphic Designer role at The Glued Factor is a full-time, in office position based in Panaji. In this role, the Graphic Designer will create visual concepts, develop brand assets, and produce designs for digital and print materials such as logos, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting briefs, brainstorming with the team, preparing design layouts, refining typography, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with internal stakeholders,



respond to feedback, and prepare final artwork files ready for production or publication. The role also involves staying updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual communication.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
Solid understanding of Typography and its application in layouts, advertising, and digital assets.
Experience using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
Ability to translate client requirements into visual concepts, with attention to detail and consistency.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work; formal education in design or a related field is an advantage.
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in office in Panaji on a full-time basis.
