Responsibilities / Tasks
Analyze business requirements and design service processes in SAP S/4HANA.
Configure and support service-related functionalities such as service orders, confirmations, service contracts, and installed base management.
Integrate service processes with C4C, FSM, SD, MM, and finance modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service execution.
Support testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, a related field or bring relevant skilled experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Service processes, ideally in S/4HANA.




Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and related business processes.
Experience with integration into logistics and finance modules.
Experience with S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Fiori apps are a plus.
Understanding of integration scenarios with SAP C4C and SAP FSM is a plus.
Proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and solve problems independently.
Solid communication skills and a team-oriented, team-oriented attitude.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
