Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Handle inbound and outbound recruitment calls and major candidate outreach.
Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
Assist with offers, documentation, and onboarding.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills — verbal & written.
Comfortable with inbound/outbound calling.
Basic MS Office, Excel & Google Workspace skills.
Minimum 70% throughout academics — 10th to graduation.
Eager to learn, organized, and target-oriented.
