WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR OFFICER – FINANCIAL REPORTING (R2R)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical qualified to join our Finance & Accounts team as a Senior Officer – Financial Reporting (R2R).

The role will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, general ledger accounting, period-end closing, account reconciliations, and audit-related activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation of financial statements, notes to accounts, and financial reporting schedules.
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including general ledger reconciliations, provisions, and accruals.
Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
Assist with statutory and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditor queries.
Support Ind AS compliance, GST and TDS-related accounting, and other statutory requirements.




Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely reporting.
Adhere to internal controls, accounting procedures, and reporting timelines while contributing to process improvements.

2.Eligibility Criteria:
B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
CA Inter / semi-qualified CA preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, or Record to Report (R2R).
Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and period-end closing.
Understanding of Ind AS, financial statement preparation, and audit processes.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.
