Position Overview:

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Senior Executive – Warehouse & Operations with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing dual-channel warehousing operations (B2B & B2C). The ideal candidate will handle high-volume B2B bulk distributions alongside quick-paced B2C e-commerce fulfillment, deep-dive into operational escalations, identify root causes of inaccuracies, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Operational Management: Oversee bulk inwarding, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch for retail and distribution partners in compliance with SLAs and customer guidelines.

• B2C E-Commerce Fulfillment: Manage daily order processing, single/multi-item picking, packing, labeling, and courier handovers for D2C channels.

• Escalation Deep-Dives & RCA: Investigate inventory discrepancies, dispatch errors, damages, and customer escalations using.





• Inaccuracy Reduction & QA: Drive cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and stock reconciliation to achieve operational accuracy.

• Process Innovation: Design, document, and execute SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.

• WMS & ERP Integrity: Maintain end-to-end data integrity across WMS/ERP systems for inventory movements, bin allocations, and batch tracking.

• Team & Vendor Management: Coordinate with 3PL providers, courier partners, and floor teams to optimize Order Cycle Time.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and fulfillment (dual-channel B2B/B2C preferred).

• Robust proficiency in WMS software (Increff, Unicommerce, Vinculum, SAP WMS) and MS Excel.
