Job Description:

Business Development & Sales
Drive Affordable Housing Loan sourcing and disbursement targets for the branch.
Develop business through direct sourcing, DSAs, builders, connectors, and channel partners.
Identify current markets and business prospects within the assigned territory.
Ensure achievement of branch revenue and profitability goals.
Monitor sales pipeline and conversion ratios.
Branch Operations Management
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor loan application processing, sanction, and disbursement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain operational efficiency and service quality standards.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, motivate, and manage sales and operations teams.
Set performance goals and monitor employee productivity.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Ensure proper manpower planning and utilization.
Credit & Portfolio Quality
Ensure sourcing of quality loan proposals.




Monitor branch delinquency and portfolio performance.
Work closely with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Collection teams.
Ensure adherence to risk management and underwriting guidelines.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Resolve escalated customer complaints and service issues.
Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Channel Partner Management
Establish and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs, and direct marketing agents.
Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities with channel partners.
Drive productivity and business generation through partner networks.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure branch compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate internal and external audits.
Maintain proper documentation and record management.
Implement corrective actions for audit observations.
