Role Description: The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for improving the organic visibility and search performance of BeadsnFashion.com. This full time, on-site role is based in Agra and involves conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, and optimizing on-page elements such as metadata, headings, content, and internal linking. The specialist will manage link-building initiatives, monitor web analytics, and report on key SEO metrics to guide strategy and decision-making.

Daily tasks include collaborating with content and marketing teams, staying current with search engine guidelines and industry trends, and implementing best practices to drive site traffic and conversions.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Keyword Research skills to identify opportunities, search trends, and target terms relevant to the jewelry and fashion segments.




Candidates should possess experience in SEO Audits and On-Page SEO to assess site health, optimize content and structure, and ensure technical and content elements meet best practices.
Candidates should possess Link Building skills to develop ethical outreach strategies and build high-quality backlinks that enhance domain authority.
Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related platforms.
Solid analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in office in Agra.
Previous experience in e-commerce or fashion/jewelry domains and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
