Job Responsibilities
Operate CNC and VMC milling machines for precision machining operations.
Perform machine setting, tool setting, and job setup as per requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and machining specifications.
Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
Perform tool offset adjustments and basic program corrections.
Inspect finished components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC / VMC milling machine operations.
Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine setting and operating.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and measuring instruments.
Experience in precision machining or manufacturing industries preferred.
ITI / Diploma qualification preferred.
Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
