We are a Vietnamese cuisine restaurant in South Delhi. As we expand our kitchen team, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specialising in Pan-Asian cuisine to join our team.
Experience
Minimum 6–9 years of relevant kitchen experience.
Experience in Vietnamese, Pan-Asian, Thai, Japanese or Korean cuisine is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and take ownership of your assigned kitchen section during service.
Ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation of dishes.
Follow recipes, preparation standards and portion controls.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
Ensure mise en place is completed and the section is ready for service.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.
Support and guide junior kitchen staff.
Monitor stock levels,
maintain proper storage practices and minimise food wastage.
Maintain discipline, efficiency and consistency in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of Pan-Asian kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
Positive knowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, seasonings and preparation methods.
Ability to manage a kitchen section independently.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail and consistency.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
Passion for food and willingness to learn and work with Vietnamese cuisine.
