Role Overview:

We are is looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B; Captain to manage daily food and beverage service, ensure excellent guest experience, and coordinate with the service team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise waiters and service staff during operations.
Ensure timely and quality food and beverage service.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
Support staff training and allocate duties during shifts.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and food service standards are followed.
Assist with inventory monitoring and stock requirements.
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

Requirements:
Previous experience as an F&B; Captain, Senior Waiter, or in a similar role.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate a team.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
