Job Summary

Desi Farms is looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries through calls and chat, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, missed calls, chats, and customer tickets.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with Logistics and Operations teams to resolve issues.
Track pending tickets and ensure timely closure.
Maintain customer interaction records and escalate unresolved issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Requirements
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Experience in customer support, voice, or chat processes preferred.
Solid problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused attitude with valuable interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable working from the office.
