Explain the company's services and assist customers with their queries.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested customers to achieve sales targets.
Maintain daily call records and customer information.
Follow company guidelines and compliance policies during customer interactions.




Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of the share market is preferred.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Previous telesales or financial services experience is preferred.
Working Days & TimingsMonday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off
