Job RoleWe are hiring a Team Leader for the SME Banking vertical. The main responsibility is to open salary accounts for employees of SME companies and onboard current employees/customers through the team.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of 10–15 field executives.
Visit SME companies and coordinate with HR / company management for salary account opening.
Ensure new employees are onboarded and their salary accounts are opened successfully.
Allocate daily targets to team members and monitor their performance.
Achieve team targets and ensure timely completion of account opening and onboarding.
Check daily reports and share updates with the reporting manager.




Guide and support team members in meeting their targets.
Cover the assigned market from Kalyan to Thane.
Target RequirementsTeam targets will be assigned as per business requirements: 50 / 100 / 300.
The Team Leader must drive team performance and ensure target achievement.
Eligibility CriteriaExperience in banking, SME, salary accounts, CASA or field sales.
Previous experience handling a team of 10–15 members preferred.
Positive communication and team management skills.
Ability to achieve targets and manage field operations.
Must be comfortable with field visits across Kalyan to Thane.

Salary₹30,000 In-Hand per Month
