Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Pharmacist Cum Receptionist to manage pharmacy operations, front-desk activities, patient appointments, and customer service at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medicines as per valid prescriptions and applicable regulations.
Maintain medicine stock, inventory, expiry records, and storage conditions.
Greet patients and manage appointments, registrations, and inquiries.
Handle billing, payments, and medicine sales records.
Maintain patient records and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
Ensure proper documentation and cleanliness of the reception and pharmacy area.
Explain medicine usage and dosage as permitted within the pharmacist’s qualified scope.

Requirements:
D.Pharm or B.Pharm qualification with valid registration, as applicable.
Previous experience in a pharmacy, clinic, or hospital is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and billing software skills.
Valuable communication, organizational, and customer-handling skills.
Responsible, punctual, and qualified attitude.
