Job SummaryDavadost Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote pharmaceutical products, connect with customers, generate sales, and maintain solid relationships with retailers, chemists, pharmacies, and other business customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to pharmacies, chemists, retailers, and prospective customers.
Promote pharmaceutical products and explain product features, pricing, and offers.
Generate sales orders and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat orders.
Identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and delivery teams for order processing.
Maintain customer databases, call records, sales reports, and follow-up details.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues professionally.
Follow up on pending payments, where required.




Share regular sales performance updates with the reporting manager.
Eligibility CriteriaGraduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
Experience in pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and convincing skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems is desirable.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
