Executive - Technical Summary

KRA – AV Technical Staff Supervisor
AV Operations & Maintenance: Ensure smooth functioning of all AV equipment, including projectors, LED displays, microphones, video conferencing systems, and sound systems.
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
Event & Meeting Support: Ensure AV readiness and provide technical support during meetings, presentations, conferences, and client events.
Team Management: Supervise AV technicians, allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards.
Vendor Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for repairs, AMC, and equipment upgrades; maintain maintenance logs, inventory, and daily reports.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure proper equipment handling, cable management, workplace safety, and compliance with client requirements. INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
