No fixed salary - Pure performance
2% of total deal value - Every invoice client pays
Example: Rs 1,00,000 hospital plan = Rs 2,000 for you per closure
Rs 2,50,000 annual plan = Rs 5,000 for you per closure
Uncapped. 30 closures/month = 60k+
Payout: Every Friday for that week's closed payments
Bonus: Extra 0.5% for 25+ closures in a month (Total 2.5%)
