Role: Business Development Manager – Restaurant
Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase restaurant revenue.
Build relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and business partners.
Generate leads for catering, bulk orders, corporate dining, and events.
Develop strategies to increase sales, customer base, and brand visibility.
Explore partnerships with food delivery platforms and local businesses.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to attract current customers.
Negotiate business deals, corporate contracts, and partnership agreements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with restaurant operations, marketing, and kitchen teams.
Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
Prepare sales reports, business proposals,



and growth plans.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
Robust sales, marketing, and business development skills.
Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads and close business deals.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and revenue generation.
Solid networking and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
