Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchase, billing, customer and supplier accounts, payments, reconciliation, and GST-related records.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries in Tally/Tally Prime.
Handle sales and purchase invoices and billing.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Track customer outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collection.
Maintain supplier payment records and outstanding balances.
Handle sales returns, purchase returns, debit notes, and credit notes.
Record cash, bank, receipt, and payment transactions.
Perform regular bank reconciliation.
Maintain proper records of GST invoices and GST-related transactions.
Assist with TDS and taxation-related accounting work.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales, purchase,



outstanding, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and warehouse teams for accurate transaction records.
Verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in month-end closing and audit-related requirements.
Ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and timely completion of accounting work.
