Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Territory Managers for the Agency Channel in a leading Life Insurance company. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in agent recruitment, activation, team development, and business target achievement.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
Drive agent activation, productivity, and business growth.
Achieve sales targets through the Agency Channel.
Build and maintain robust relationships with agents.
Monitor business performance and ensure target achievement.
Develop the agency network within the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria




Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
At least 2 years of experience in the Agency Channel and agent recruitment.
Recent work experience must be with a Life Insurance company in the Agency Channel.
Strong knowledge of agent recruitment, activation, and sales performance.
Secure career history with limited job changes.
Candidates must be local to Varanasi and have experience in the same market.
Candidates from insurance broking firms are not eligible.
