Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per Month

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support.
Provide prompt and professional assistance to international customers.
Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Meet quality and customer satisfaction standards.
