Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Additional Sales Incentives

Travel Allowance (TA) as per company policy

Job Responsibilities:

Full time field-based sales work.

Travel for approximately 20–22 days per month.

Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing dealers.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Regularly visit assigned markets and submit sales and collection reports.

Expand market presence and generate current business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively.

Solid communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to achieve sales and collection targets.

Experience in sales and dealer management will be preferred.
