Job Title: Team Leader – Sales / Retention / Collections

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

CTC: Up to ₹9.2 LPA (Including Variable Pay)

Shift Timing: Rotational 9-hour shift between 5:00 PM to 10AM

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a robust background in Sales, Retention, or Collections to lead a team, drive business performance, and ensure achievement of assigned targets. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, robust leadership capabilities, and proven team management experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve business targets and KPIs.
Monitor daily performance, productivity, quality, and target achievement.
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement support.
Handle customer escalations and ensure effective issue resolution.
Track team performance and prepare daily or periodic performance reports.
Ensure process compliance, service quality,



and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of Team Leading experience.
Relevant experience in Sales, Retention, or Collections is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency, clarity, confidence, and professional articulation.
Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage team performance and achieve business targets.
Telecom industry experience will be an added advantage.
