Job Description:
Collection & Recovery
Ensure timely collection of EMI, overdue installments, and outstanding dues.
Follow up with customers through calls, visits, and digital communication.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Minimize delinquency and bucket movement in the assigned portfolio.
Portfolio Management
Monitor customer repayment behavior and overdue accounts.
Maintain portfolio quality within company-defined parameters.
Track NPA (Non-Performing Asset) accounts and initiate recovery actions.
Prepare action plans for high-risk and overdue accounts.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Counsel customers regarding repayment schedules and overdue amounts.
Negotiate repayment plans where applicable.
Resolve customer queries related to loan repayments.
Field Collection Activities
Conduct field visits for overdue and delinquent accounts.




Verify customer addresses and contact details when required.
Collect payments and ensure proper documentation of recovery efforts.
Update visit reports and collection remarks in the system.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure collections are conducted ethically and in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate collection records and customer interaction logs.
Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance requirements.
Support audit and compliance processes related to receivables.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for recovery cases.
Escalate chronic delinquent accounts for legal or recovery action.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance reports.
Monitor and report portfolio performance metrics.
