Role: Service Engineer (Mechanical)

Location: Chennai /Coimbatore

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Skills Required:
Hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, and servicing of HBM, VTC, HMC, and SPM machines.
Ability to work in Siemens and Fanuc controls.
Understanding and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, and hydraulic circuits.
Basic knowledge of I/O signal troubleshooting, electrical circuits, and PLCs.
Experience in handling machine preventive maintenance (PM) and health check-ups.
Basic Knowledge of machine retrofitting and refurbishment

Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers

Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out service activities and site project erection/commissioning.
Handle refurbishment and retrofit activities.
Provide technical support to customers.
Onsite diagnostics and attend service calls.
Be available to travel within India and abroad.
Identify opportunities for spare parts sales.
Ensure compliance with Fives safety standards.
