Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and handle calls, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries.
• Explain packages and follow up on trials, memberships and renewals.
• Assist with app bookings and payments.
• Maintain records and coordinate daily studio operations.
Requirements:
Valuable English communication, basic computer skills, punctuality and a friendly, qualified attitude. Reception or customer service experience preferred.
