Job DescriptionHighSpark Silver is looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, catalogue management, promotions, and order performance.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
Maintain accurate product details, titles, images, prices, and product variations.
Monitor marketplace account health, order cancellations, returns, and dispatch performance.
Manage sales promotions, discount offers, and marketplace sale events.




Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order dispatch and stock availability.
Handle marketplace claims related to lost, damaged, or missing products.
Prepare daily and weekly sales and marketplace performance reports.
Use Excel to maintain product data, upload sheets, and reports.
Requirements1–3 years of hands-on experience with at least one marketplace seller panel: Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra.
Good knowledge of marketplace listing and catalogue management.
Robust Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
Attention to detail and positive problem-solving skills.
