Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers to execute on multiple projects across various product portfolios, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Drive the development and implementation of creative engineering solutions for BTP Customized Projects, LAM products, and Current Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to launch, for key projects, including EHVCA, Solar PV connectors, Smart Gas Meters, and Raysulate Safety Products.
Champion Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives to optimize product design and achieve cost savings across all product lines.
Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with product and market strategies, ensuring Raychem RPG remains at the forefront of innovation.
Lead the charge in improving engineering systems and processes, including the integration of Oracle Fusion and the establishment of standardized workflows and SOPs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating root causes of customer complaints and implementing robust quality control measures.
Develop and mentor team members,



fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes employee happiness and professional growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects within a quick-paced environment.
Deep understanding of product development methodologies, including stage-gate processes and project management best practices.
Experience with engineering design software and tools, including simulation and analysis software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Passion for innovation and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in all aspects of engineering.
