Job Description – Legal Advisor

Experience: 4 +years (Real Estate Legal Experience Mandatory)

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Employment Type: Full time

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Office Timings: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Location: Near Vysa University, 2 km from Otis Circle, Jigani, Bengaluru.

Eligibility & Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.

Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience; candidates with 10+ years of corporate legal experience will be preferred.

Mandatory experience in the real estate sector.

Strong knowledge of real estate law, corporate law, property documentation, and legal procedures.

Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts,



bonds, and other legal documents.

Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage customer interactions and resolve legal queries efficiently.

Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.

A diligent, dependable, and responsible approach to work.

Compensation & Benefits :

Monthly salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000, based on experience and suitability.

Full time employment.
