Work Timings 9 hours per day (Versatile)

Working Days Monday to Friday. 3 Saturdays off in a month, remaining Saturday's full day working

Workplace - Mazgaon, Byculla

Salary-based experience and caliber Other Advantages PF, Medical, 24 days paid leave, variable performance incentive.

Brief Job Description

1) Conduct employee onboarding and exit formalities

2)



Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.

3) Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

4) Ensure compliance with labor regulations

5) Assisting managers in the third-party payroll process and employee documentation

6) Ensuring utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.

7) Ensure all employee information in the HRMS software is up to date

8) Process monthly payroll, calculation of overtime, etc

9) Processing in Spine Software
