About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain web applications across multiple projects. If you have strong fundamentals, love solving problems, and are eager to learn — we want to hear from you.

This role starts as a 3-month rolling contract. Based on project requirements and performance, there is a clear opportunity to transition into a permanent position — details of which will be discussed during the face-to-face interview.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain web applications across multiple projects
Develop frontend features using React, Next.js, Redux Toolkit and Tailwind CSS
Build backend services and REST APIs using JavaScript, Node.js and Next.js
Work with MongoDB to design data models and write efficient queries
Implement authentication, role-based access and user permissions
Integrate payment gateways, subscriptions, webhooks and third-party services




Work with background workers, job queues and scheduled tasks using Redis, BullMQ and cron jobs
Follow security best practices for APIs, user data and application access
Debug issues, handle errors, write helpful logs and test features
Write clean, reusable code and collaborate using Git and code reviews
Contribute to deployment, performance improvements and application scaling
Work with AI APIs and AI coding tools
