Job Responsibilities:
Handle electrical repairs, plumbing, leakage, and drainage issues.
Perform basic AC maintenance and troubleshooting.
Attend minor carpentry repairs, including doors, locks, and furniture.
Resolve maintenance complaints within the assigned TAT.
Update ticket status and support preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements:
1–3 years of maintenance experience.
ITI / Diploma or relevant technical experience preferred.
Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and basic carpentry.
Ability to work in a campus/hostel workplace.
