Job Description: Accounts, Finance & Tendering Executive
Company:Vistatru Infracon Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and timely tax filings in coordination with the CA.
Manage banking operations, CC limits, loan documentation, bank statements, and financial correspondence.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for accounting, audits, financial statements, and statutory compliance.
Ensure timely completion of all company compliances, registrations, renewals, and regulatory documentation.
Handle tendering activities, including tender search, document preparation, online submission, EMD, and bid tracking.
Maintain financial records, payment documentation, and official communication with banks, government departments, and other authorities.
