We are looking for an experienced and responsible E-Commerce Supervisor to independently manage end-to-end warehouse and e-commerce operations for Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily order processing, packing, dispatching, and timely shipments.
Handle returns, inwarding, stock verification, and quality control (QC).
Maintain warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and stock management.
Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity.
Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs for all warehouse operations.
Monitor order accuracy, minimize errors, returns, and operational losses.
Maintain daily MIS reports for dispatches, returns, inventory, and staff performance.
Ensure smooth daily operations, team accountability, and timely resolution of operational issues.

Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations, solid leadership skills, inventory management knowledge, and the ability to independently manage a team.

Preferred: Experience managing high-volume e-commerce operations (1000+ orders/day).

Candidate must be proactive, disciplined, process-oriented, and capable of taking complete ownership of warehouse operations.
