Specialisation: Cold Extrusion & Powder Metallurgy

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a proven track record of driving business growth, strengthening OEM relationships, and expanding domestic and international markets?

We are looking for an accomplished Head of Marketing to lead our Cold Extrusion and Powder Metallurgy businesses, drive revenue and profitability, and unlock new growth opportunities across automotive and emerging industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales, revenue growth, and profitability across domestic and export markets.
Drive new customer acquisition and expand business with existing OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
Develop strategic business prospects across 2W, 4W, CV, EV, off-road, and non-automotive segments.
Lead key account management, commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term customer partnerships.




Collaborate with engineering, R&D;, and manufacturing teams to drive new product development and commercialisation.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to achieve business objectives.

What Were Looking For:
20+ years of experience in automotive component sales, marketing, and business development.
Robust domain expertise in Cold Extrusion and Powder Metallurgy Components.
Proven experience in managing OEM and Tier-1 accounts and winning recent business.
Exposure to export markets, strategic account management, and commercial negotiations.
Strong leadership, technical-commercial acumen, and team management capabilities.
