Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring.
Manage daily HR operations, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
Maintain a positive, professional, and disciplined work setting.
Coordinate daily workplace activities and employee-related matters.
Handle employee concerns, engagement,



and internal communication.
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports.
Coordinate with management regarding hiring and employee performance.

Requirements
Previous experience in HR recruitment and operations preferred.
Solid candidate sourcing and communication skills.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage recruitment and daily HR activities.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies or quick-growing companies.
