Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

1–3 years of practical experience in HR operations.

Hands-on knowledge of recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and HRMS tools.

Experience in an engineering, construction, MEP, or BIM company is an added advantage.
