We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Commerce Faculty member to teach undergraduate commerce subjects and support students in achieving academic excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Teach commerce subjects such as Accounting, Business Studies, Economics and Finance.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments.
Explain concepts clearly using practical examples.
Conduct tests, assignments and doubt-clearing sessions.
Monitor student performance and syllabus completion.
Support students in exam preparation and academic development.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or a relevant qualification.
Solid subject knowledge and communication skills.
Prior teaching experience in degree colleges preferred.
Ability to engage students and simplify complex concepts.
