Ensure compliance with warranty policies, contracts, and service agreements.
Monitor claims ageing and manage pending claims and backlogs.
Investigate claim discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain accurate claim records and prepare operational reports.
Identify process improvement prospects to improve turnaround time and operational efficiency.
