We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collection Repo Associate to manage payment collections and vehicle recovery for electric two-wheelers on rental.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for overdue rental payments.
Coordinate and execute vehicle repossession as per company policies.
Maintain collection records and provide regular updates.
Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues.
Achieve collection targets while ensuring qualified customer interactions.
Requirements:
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally for collections and vehicle recovery.
Two-wheeler riding skills and a valid driving licence preferred.
Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply.
