Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our Westside team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
Provide product information and styling suggestions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Maintain product displays, stock availability, and store cleanliness.
Support billing, replenishment, and inventory activities as required.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Follow store policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




Preferred Experience: Retail sales, fashion, apparel, or counter sales.
Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply.
Skills: Good communication, customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day, as per store schedule.
Weekly Off: Between Monday and Thursday.
Festive Season: Candidates must be willing to work during festivals and peak sales periods.

Salary & Advantages:
Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and interview.
Advantages may include PF, insurance, and medical perks, as per company policy.
