About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, presentable, well-groomed and energetic candidate to manage our front office, student enquiries, telecalling and placement coordination activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Student Handling
Welcome and assist students, parents and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls and front-desk enquiries.
Coordinate student visits, counselling and admissions.

Telecalling & Follow-up
Call and follow up with prospective students for courses, workshops and admissions.
Handle leads received through social media, Google and other channels.
Maintain enquiry and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.

Placement Coordination
Maintain records of trained candidates and their resumes.
Coordinate with students regarding job prospects and interviews.
Share relevant job openings with eligible candidates.




Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and companies.
Follow up on interview results, selections and joining.
Maintain the placement tracker and placement records.
Coordinate with HRs/recruiters for placement opportunities.
Candidate RequirementsExcellent spoken communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and skilled personality
Well-groomed and presentable
Positive telephone etiquette and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and Email
Ability to handle students and parents professionally
Organized, responsible and target-oriented
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply
