Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and beauty products, with the ability to guide customers in selecting the right hair solutions while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized in-store experience
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable hair products and solutions
Demonstrate products and assist with trials (hair extensions, toppers, etc.)
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage
Actively convert inquiries into successful sales and meet monthly targets
Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness,



and visual merchandising standards
Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking when required
Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store sales goals

Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven with good persuasion and negotiation abilities
Customer-first mindset with a qualified attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Diploma / Relevant degree (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in retail sales.
Experience in beauty, fashion, or FMCG retail is an advantage
