Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Prepare and release offer letters and joining documentation.
Support basic HR activities such as onboarding, attendance, employee records, and HR documentation.
Requirements1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Immediate joiners / candidates with robust recruitment experience preferred.

Key Focus: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%) + General HR Support (20%).
