Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field sales, telecalling, referrals, and customer visits.
Promote loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Vehicle Loans.
Identify prospective customers and understand their financial needs.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, processing fees, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer documents, including KYC and income proofs.
Assist customers with loan applications and coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams.
Follow up on applications to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales targets for loan sourcing and disbursement.
Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal procedures.
Maintain accurate sales records, lead reports, and customer follow-up details.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience:



0–3 years in banking sales, loan sales, financial services, or customer acquisition. Freshers may be considered for entry-level roles.
Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of loan products, customer handling, and basic financial calculations.
Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
Willingness to travel for field sales, where required.
