Job SummaryWe are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager for the Agency Channel in the Life Insurance sector. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring business productivity through the agency distribution channel.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train, and develop insurance advisors and agents to build a strong agency team.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets through the Agency Channel.
Drive advisor activation, productivity, and business generation.




Develop and implement sales strategies to increase life insurance business.
Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and training sessions.
Motivate and support advisors to achieve their individual and team targets.
Generate current business opportunities through market mapping and customer acquisition.
Ensure advisor retention and maintain solid relationships with the agency team.
Monitor sales performance, business productivity, and recruitment activities.
Ensure proper documentation, policy issuance, and adherence to company processes.
Maintain compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
Prepare regular sales reports and business performance updates.
