Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Conduct behavioural observations and support psychological assessments for recruitment, role suitability, and employee development.
Support counselling coordination, employee wellbeing initiatives, and interventions related to stress, fatigue, burnout, and workplace challenges.
Assist in reviewing incidents and behavioural trends to identify underlying human factor risks and improvement prospects.
Develop and deliver HELM (Human Element, Leadership and Management) and soft-skills training.
Support leadership development, communication, decision-making, and positive workplace culture initiatives.
Maintain confidential assessment records, observations, and reports.
